Yoga is the art work of awareness on the canvas of body,mind and soul.
The benefits of yoga were enumerated and different asana like Tadasana,
Vrikshasana, Trikonasana, Padamasana, Gomukhasana and
Pranayama(Anulom-Vilom) were done by the students with enthusiasm. The
main objective was to raise awareness and ignite a passion for yoga
among the students.
